I will never go to another dealership, Murads team of employees go above and beyond always, they wont pressure you into buying or mislead you in anyway. I 100% recommend them to everyone and anyone, you will definitely not regret it.

I rarely leave reviews, however, this is one business that is most deserving of one. Murad auto sales is a great place to purchase a "new" vehicle. Just completed my second amazing experience buying a used vehicle at Murad Auto Sales. My first purchase from Murads was when they were in Ajax, ON. about 5 years ago. Their move to Barrie, ON didn't lose a repeat customer. Working with Ethan was a smooth and enjoyable experience from test drive to delivery. Ethan was able to answer all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Never feeling pressured to purchase a vehicle or extended warranty. I really appreciate that there are no hidden costs and all their vehicles come certified. Murads has some great deals with competitive prices. I really appreciate that Murad Auto sales goes above and beyond to make their customers satisfied and feel like family. Over 30 years in the business shows that they definitely know what they are doing. All the staff is caring and friendly, something we need to see more of these days.

You’re not going to get as smooth a transaction or as low a price from many other dealerships. I’ve heard horror stories about the experience many people have at car dealerships, but that wasn’t the case here. According to Autotrader, the vehicle I bought from them was listed $4,621 below other similar vehicles. For that kind of discount, I would expect some kind of catch, but there just wasn’t one.

I recently dealt with Austin here, and he was outstanding! This really is a no pressure dealership where you’re free to walk around without anyone breathing down your neck. Austin was helpful, informative and very comfortable to be around! I have always been hesitant to try out a used car dealership, but I’m so grateful my first experience was this amazing!!

I had a great experience with Murad. I had no idea they even existed, but with the power of Google, I was able to read up on this used car dealer. The reviews often mentioned Austin's name, so I made sure to chat with him when looking for a used car for my son. They had some really great vehicles on the lot - older - and the prices were not what I expected, but I suppose it's the way it is now. At least they come certified! We managed to find a really great vehicle, but as soon as we drove it off the lot, we had some issues. Austin worked with me for repairs and was very accommodating and was always available. I was relieved by this because he could have easily washed his hands of it and told me to bug off, but he stood behind the after sales customer service and this is what made me appreciate my experience a lot more. One takes a risk buying used; you never know what you get, especially when buying an older vehicle. However, having Austin in my corner to help me out was very appreciated. He's not out there trying to sell vehicles that will fall apart right away; he's just a used car salesman who probably knows about as much as about the vehicle as customers do. Plus, it wouldn't be good for business if they just sold pieces of junk - older cars have problems and they can arise at any given moment.. just like a new vehicle. All in all, my husband and I had a great experience with this used car dealer and the customer service that was provided before, during, and after the sale.

These guys are amazing!! I have purchased many vehicles from other places in the past and was recommended to them by my mechanic and I can't thank them enough. I got an unbelievable price for a great vehicle, they did some minor fixes that my mechanic wanted for free, kept up with great communication and even touched base after the sale to make sure everything was perfect. These guys are the real deal! I'm going to be recommending them to everyone!!
