I had a great experience with Murad. I had no idea they even existed, but with the power of Google, I was able to read up on this used car dealer. The reviews often mentioned Austin’s name, so I made sure to chat with him when looking for a used car for my son. They had some really great vehicles on the lot – older – and the prices were not what I expected, but I suppose it’s the way it is now. At least they come certified! We managed to find a really great vehicle, but as soon as we drove it off the lot, we had some issues. Austin worked with me for repairs and was very accommodating and was always available. I was relieved by this because he could have easily washed his hands of it and told me to bug off, but he stood behind the after sales customer service and this is what made me appreciate my experience a lot more. One takes a risk buying used; you never know what you get, especially when buying an older vehicle. However, having Austin in my corner to help me out was very appreciated. He’s not out there trying to sell vehicles that will fall apart right away; he’s just a used car salesman who probably knows about as much as about the vehicle as customers do. Plus, it wouldn’t be good for business if they just sold pieces of junk – older cars have problems and they can arise at any given moment.. just like a new vehicle.

All in all, my husband and I had a great experience with this used car dealer and the customer service that was provided before, during, and after the sale.
